Manager as Coach: Facilitating Employee Accountability and Success
This two-part session is designed for supervisors/managers for the State of New Mexico who have NEVER attended a training presented by the ADR Bureau. This is an INTERACTIVE online training; to participate most effectively, you will need strong, adequate Wi-Fi with a working camera and microphone on your computer. Attendance is limited.

We will consider the benefits of and learn the basic skills involved in using coaching as a strategy for helping employees take personal initiative in solving problems and resolving differences in the workplace. When a manager/supervisor employs a coaching role, the objective is to motivate the employee to develop a positive approach and take positive action when dealing with certain situations. A well-coached employee begins to handle situations without asking the manager to always “fix” relationships while learning and practicing improved communication skills.

**Please register for this interactive training (online ZOOM event) ONLY if :
•	you are a supervisor/manager for the State of New Mexico
•	you have not already attended a training presented by the ADR Bureau AND
•	are able to attend both two-hour sessions (full 4-hour training)
